Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Cut tomatoes into wedges and cucumbers into cubes.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rice vinegar, garlic, basil, and salt. Mix well.
- In a salad bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion. Toss in dressing mixture.
