- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup gluten-free corn bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp salt
Sauce ingredients:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp water
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Beat egg in a large bowl and add milk, corn bread crumbs, ground pork, ground beef, and salt. Mix well.
- Mix brown sugar, rice vinegar, and water in a separate bowl. Stir sauce until sugar is dissolved.
- Make 1 inch wide meat balls with hands. Place them on a roasting pan. Pour sauce onto the meat balls.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Baste with a brush every 10 minutes.
