Radish and Carrot Pickle

Ingredients:
- 1/4 stalk white radish
- 1 stalk carrots
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation:
- Peel carrots and radish and cut them into thick slices.
- Marinate in 1 tsp of salt for 10 minutes, until juice comes out. Pour out juice.
- Add rice vinegar, sugar, and salt and mix well.
- Put in a jar and place the jar in fridge for 2 days before serving.
