Ingredients:
- 3 pieces of chicken breast- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
Marinating ingredients:
- 1 tsp of ground ginger
- 2 tsp of ground garlic
- 2 tsp of gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tsp of potato starch
- 1 tsp of salt
Procedure:
- Rinse chicken breast in cold water. Remove any fat from the meat. Cut the meat into small cubes (1cm x 1cm x 1cm). Marinate the chicken with the marinating ingredients (ground ginger, garlic, gluten-free soy sauce, potato starch, and salt).
- Heat a wok-style pan with oil. Add the chicken into pan and stir-fry until the chicken turns white. Add a quarter cup of water and turn down heat to simmer for 5 minutes. Take the chicken out of the pan and put aside.
- Cut red pepper and green pepper into similar sized cubes. Heat pan again with oil. Add the peppers in the pan and stir-fry until the peppers become a bit soft. Add the chicken into the pan and stir-fry. Flavor with salt and parley.
