Ingredients:
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 yellow pepper, chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup chickpea
- 1 cup Bocconcini, cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp honey, melted with 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
