Vegan Muffins


 Ingredients:
 - 1 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pint of salt
- 3 tbps oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk

Preparation:
- Preheat oven at 375F

- Whisk sugar, oil, milk and vanilla in a bowl.
- Combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix the liquid mixture into the dry mixture.
- Distribute one dozen muffin cups to a muffin pan. Fill mixture into each cup to 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Take out muffin pan and let cool for 10 minutes before taking out muffin cups.
