Sticky Rice Meat Balls

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sticky rice, soaked in water overnight, drained
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bamboo steamer (or any other types of steamer)

Preparation:
- In a large bowl, marinate ground pork with ginger, green onion, corn starch, and salt.
- Scoop out 1 tbsp of meat at a time and knead into round balls.
- Place sticky rice on a flat plate. Roll the meat balls into rice until the balls are cover with rice.
- Place the rice meat balls on a shallow plate and transfer the plate onto a bamboo steamer. Add 1 quart of water in a large pot (big enough to hold bamboo steamer) and place the steamer on the pot.
- Turn heat up to boil water. Then turn heat down to medium-low and simmer rice the meat balls for 10-15 minutes.
- Steam on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
