Cantonese Style BBQ Pork



Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 stalk green onion, cut in 3 inch stems

Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, paprika, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and green onion.
- Dip tenderloin into the sauce and coat sauce onto the meat thoroughly. Marinate for 3-4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Place the tenderloin on a roasting rack and place the rack in a roasting pan. Add 1/2 cups of water in the roasting pan. Roast for 45-60 minutes. Baste with the remaining sauce every 10 minutes.
- Take roast out and let cool for 5 minutes. Cut roast into thin slices and serve immediately.
