- 2 potatoes, sliced into scallops
- 2 tbsp butter (or ghee)
- 1/4 cup milk
Preparation:
- In a skillet, heat butter on medium-high heat. Add potatoes and stir frequently (to avoid sticking) for 2-3 minutes.
- Add milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Take out when potatoes are soft and liquid thickens.
