- 1 cup sorghum flour
- 6 tbsp gluten-free cocoa powder (e.g.: Fry's)
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter (or ghee)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
- Preheat oven at 350F.
- In a large bowl, combine sorghum flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, white sugar, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well. Stir in butter and mix until butter is dissolved into the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combin milk and vanilla. Slowly pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until dough is uniform.
- Transfer the dough to a 9 diameter pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
