- 2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander flakes (or parsley)
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Cut chicken into 1/4 inch x 2 inch slices.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, lemon juice, olive oil, chickpea flour, coriander flakes, and salt. Mix the contents well.
- Cover a baking pan with tin foil. Place the chicken slices on the baking pan side by side. Do not overlap the slices on top of one another.
- Broil the chicken in oven at 450F for 8-10 minutes.
