Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup gluten-free evaporated milk (e.g. Carnation)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 bag (450g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (e.g. President Choice)

Preparation:
- Heat milk, sugar, and butter in a medium-sized pot. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Add chocolates and stir for another minute until chocolate has melted.
