Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 4 portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 gluten-free Tortilla wraps
- 2 tsp salt

Preparation:
- Marinate chicken breasts with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, oregano, and garlic. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil on high heat. Stir fry chicken until cooked. Take chicken out and set aside.
- In the same frying pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add onion first to allow its flavor to come out. Then add green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, zucchini and salt. Stir fry for 5 minutes, until the vegetables soften.
- Add chicken back to the frying pan. Stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Wrap the stir-fried filling with Tortilla wraps. Yummy!
