Marinating Ingredients:
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp paprika* (optional)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped

- 2 tsp salt
Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup gluten-free ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation:
- Combine all marinating ingredients in a medium bowl. Coat chicken wings with the marinating mixture.
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.
- Place a large sheet of aluminum foil over a grill. Place chicken evenly over the foil and baste the meat with the sauce mixture. Grill the chicken for 10 minutes. Turn the chicken with tongs. Baste with the remaining sauce and grill for 10 more minutes.
- Alternatively, preheat oven at 375F. Place a large sheet of aluminum foil over a baking sheet. Place chicken evenly over the foil and baste the meat with the sauce mixture. Roast the chicken for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken with tongs. Baste with the remaining sauce and roast for 30 more minutes.
