Chicken Bulgogi

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast
- 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 5 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tsp granular sugar
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 stalks green onion

Preparation:
- Cut chicken into 2 cm long, 2 cm wide, and 1/2 cm thick slices.
- In a bowl, combin soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, rice wine, sesame seeds, and green onion. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Broil in oven for 18-20 minutes.
