Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork, beef
- 1 egg

- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs or minced potatoes

Sauce:
- 4 tbsp gluten-free ketchup (or use 4 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp rice vinegar)

Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine ground pork (or beef), egg, milk, bread crumbs (or potatoes), water chestnut, onion (or green onion), soy sauce, ground pepper, oregano, and salt.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Grease a roasting pan. Use a large spoon and hand to knead the meat into 1 inch wide meat balls. Place them in a single layer on the roasting pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Stir in ketchup and brown sugar. When sauce bubbles, add the meat balls and gently turn them to coat the sauce. Then turn heat down to simmer for 3 minutes.
