Scalloped Potato


Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, softly fried and chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation:
- Preheat oven at 375F.
- In a greased roating pan, place a layer of onion, followed by a layer of bacon, and finally a layer of potatoes. Repeat layering in this order three times, until all ingredients are used.
- Beat eggs in a bowl and add milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the liquid evenly over the potatoes.
- Bake in oven for 40 minutes, until the potatoes turn golden brown.
