Apple Crumble



Ingredients:
- 3 apples
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup butter

Preparation:
- Peel and decore apples. Cut into thin slices and mix in white sugar and cinnamon.
- In a small pot on medium heat, stew the mixture for 10 minutes until apples soften. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking pan and let it cool.
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Mix corn starch, rice flour, butter, and brown sugar together. Spread the dough evenly on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
