Korean Bulgogi (Marinated Beef Dish)


Ingredients:
- 1 lb of tenderloin steak
- 4 tbsp of gluten-free soy sauce (e.g.: Lifesource's Tamari soy sauce)
- 3 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp of granular sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 white onion, sliced
- 2 tsp of gluten-free red chili sauce
- 7 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp of ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation:
- Cut steak into thin slices.
- Combine the meat with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, green onion, chili sauce, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger. Marinate for 4-5 hours.
- Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Sauté onion until aromatic. Add the marinated meat and sauté for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms to the pan and stir for another 3 minutes.
- Serve this simple and scrumptious beef Bulgogi with rice.
