Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes
Preparation:
1. Peel potatoes and cut each into 8 pieces. Boil hot water in a medium sized pot and slowly place the potatoes in the pot (to avoid splashes). Boil for 10 minutes and then drain the water.
2. Place the potatoes on a roasting pan. Sprinkle the top with salt and parsley. Broil at 375F for 20 minutes.
