Pork Chop



Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops, cut into 1/2 inch thick
- 1tbsp of ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of rice wine (or gluten-free cooking wine)
- 1 green pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 tomato, diced (optional)
- 1 tsp of salt

Preparation:
- Remove the fat part of pork chops. Place the meat on a roasting pan. Add salt and ginger. Fill the roasting pan with cold water until water covers half of the pork chops. Cover the roasting pan with a lid or wrap and brind in fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375F. Spread soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic, onion, green pepper, tomatoes, and olive oil evenly onto the pork chops. Roast for 20-30 minutes.
