Vermicelli Roll

Ingredients:
- 100g package thin vermicelli noodle
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cooked ham (or pork tenderloin), sliced
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 carrots, skin peeled, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, skin peeled
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch ground pepper
- 10 rice roll wrapper
- 1 set rice roll wrapper separators

Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp original rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp shredded carrots
