Beef Kebob
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef tenderloin, cubed
- 1 green pepper, cut in squares
- 1 red pepper, cut in squares
- 1/2 curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 black pepper
- 8 skewers
Preparation:
- String beef with green and red peppers on skewers
- Cook kebobs on grill at around 400F for 10 minutes. Turn once.
- Serve with potato and green salad.
