Creamy Rice Pudding



Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup uncooked rice
- 3 cups milk (or lactose-free milk)
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:
- In a small pot, rinse rice until water is clear. Add 2 cups of milk and sugar. Cook on medium heat without lid for 20 minutes, until rice starts to soften.
- Add remaining milk. Turn heat down to simmer with lid on for another 10 minutes. Do not turn heat up to avoid burning the bottom of the pot.
- Sprinkle the top with cinnamon.
