Ingredients:
- 3 small white potatoes
Preparation:
1. Clean and peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thumb-length chunks.
2. Place a strainer in a pot and add water to the pot to reach just below the strainer. Place the potatoes in the pot and steam the potatoes until they become soft at a poke with a fork.
3. Drain the water out and remove the strainer from pot. Add butter to the pot and mash the potatoes with a masher.
