Tomato and Celery Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized tomato
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tsp of gluten-free flour mix
- 1 tsp of thyme
- 1 dash of salt and black pepper
- 1 cup of water
Preparation:
- Cut tomato and celery stalks in small pieces.
- Melt butter in a small pot on medium heat. Mix in celery, stir for 1 minute, and then add flour.
- Add tomato, water, and thyme. Wait for water to boil and turn down heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper according to taste.
