Slow Cooked Beef Roast
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef roast, string removed
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 stalks carrots, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 Gluten-free dried vegetable cube
- 2 tsp salt
Preparation:
- In a slow cooker, place beef roast in the center. And add potatoes, carrots, beef stock, vegetable cube and salt.
- Slow cook on low for 5-7 hours.
- Break the beef roast gently with a fork, and serve with soup and gluten-free baguette.
