Ingredients:
- 1lb Beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation:
- In a bowl, marinate beef with salt, corn starch, and water.
- In a separate bowl, combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, wine vinegar, corn starch, and water.
- In a skillet, heat oil on medium high heat. Saute beef until medium well. Blend in sauce mixture. Mix the beef well with sauce.
